But first, let's do the math. Each KIKI & GREEN pad set lasts approximately 4 years. The average person can go through approximately 20 pads per cycle (according to wen.org).

For the average person, 20x12 months equals 240 disposable pads per year. The disposable equivalent is 240 x 4 years (the lifespan of a KIKI & GREEN pad) = 960 disposable pads!! 960 times the number of pads sold over the years = 5,998,080!

But why plant trees?

Global warming is happening at a faster rate than ever. Our polar ice caps are melting and our forests are burning.

We’re in a climate emergency and it’s threatening our planet. According to experts, we're on track for an increase of between 3°C and 4°C by 2100. And these are only global average temperatures. At the poles and over land (where people live), the increase may be higher – possibly even double. We need to act fast, cut our carbon emissions, but there is a simple solution. PLANT TREES. 

Trees are the ultimate carbon capture and storage machines. They also fight the cruel effects of a changing climate. 

They can help:

Prevent flooding

Reduce city temperature

Reduce pollution

Keep soil nutrient-rich 

Eden Reforestation Projects aim to reduce extreme poverty and restores healthy forest by employing local villagers to plant millions of trees every year. This gives them a decent income so they can provide for their families again.
