That’s why we’ve created a clear and kind policy for first-time customers - one that keeps things simple, thoughtful, and avoids unnecessary waste. It’s all part of how we stay mindful and sustainable as a small, purpose-led brand.
First-Time Orders – 60-Day Happiness Guarantee
If you're trying KIKI & GREEN for the first time and your order isn’t quite right, we offer store credit so you can try a different size, absorbency or style.
All we ask is that you wash and try just one pad first to see if it’s a good fit for you. Once a pad is washed, the bamboo fleece naturally fluffs up as the absorbent fibres activate — because of this visible change, we consider washed pads as used and do not accept them back for hygiene reasons, even if they haven’t been worn.
Here’s what to expect:
If you’ve only washed and tried one pad, we’ll issue full store credit for your order.
If you’ve washed two to three pads, we offer 50% store credit.
If you’ve washed the full set and choose to keep them, we’ll offer a partial store credit (typically the value of up to two pads).
If the rest of your items are completely unused and unwashed, you’re welcome to return them — we’ll refund your order minus the cost of the one pad kept. (If you did try one pad.)
This guarantee is a one-time offer per customer. We kindly ask that future orders are placed once you're confident in the size and absorbency that suits you.
Returning Unused Items
If you’re returning your order, all items must be unwashed, unused, clean and dry. Travel bags and drying straps must also be unused to be eligible for credit / refund.
Customers are responsible for return postage. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
To arrange a return, please email us at contact@kikiandgreen.com with your order number and a quick summary of your experience. We’ll guide you from there.
Do You Offer Exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges — instead, we issue store credit so you can reorder the style, size or absorbency that feels right for you. This keeps things flexible and easy for both of us.
Already Shopped With Us Before?
Refunds and store credit are only available on first-time orders. If you’ve placed a previous order, we’re always happy to help you choose the right fit — but returns are not available unless an item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Products
We take quality seriously. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us at contact@kikiandgreen.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo. We’ll sort it right away.
Why Store Credit?
Sometimes it’s not that the pads didn’t work — you might just need a different absorbency, shape or print. Store credit gives you the flexibility to try again without adding waste, and helps us stay sustainable as a small brand.
You can also use your store credit on other products in our wellness range — including our Heat Soothies for period pain relief and our Goddess Rituals spa collection. So even if reusable pads aren’t your thing, there’s still something special for you to enjoy.
