    WEAR AND CARE GUIDE

    Our pads attach the same way that a disposable does. You simply put them into your underwear and attach the popper wings on the underside making for a secure fit and then you’re good to go.

    Looking after your pads it super easy once you know how. 


     

    Before use 

    Prewash all pads on cold wash with detergent. This helps to activate the absorbent fibres. 

     


    After use  

    Rinse pads in cold water, (until water runs clear). Wash with normal detergent - up to 40 degrees, (or hand wash as you go). 


     

    After washing 

    Air dry wherever you like with our handy drying straps provided.

    How do I wash my pads?

    Taking care of your pads really is easy once you know how. With a KIKI & GREEN pad there is no odour, and no staining. Follow our instructions and your pads will last you years!

    Step 1: Rinse after use in cold water. Do they smell? - well, we are glad you asked! No, they don’t smell. You see, conventional disposable pads DO smell, and that’s because they are full of chemicals and fragrances that, when mixed with period blood, can smell pretty funky. But you see, period blood is naturally odourless. And our pads are free from harsh chemicals.

    Step 2: Set your pads aside until you have enough pads to pop in the washing machine. Or hand wash as you go.

    Step 3: Toss them into the washing machine, up to 40 degrees and no fabric conditioner. Voilà! They come out looking and feeling as good as new. Hang dry them wherever you like with our genius drying straps.

    I’ll never use single use pads again

    I feel uplifted knowing i’m not contributing to a landfill using these. They are very comfy, absorb so so well and are easy to wash. Absolutely recommend getting the set with the bag to keep altogether- very useful. I have used a cup for years too but sometimes struggle with it and just want to use pads. This was the solution, and i never really thought about how horrible it feels to have a single use plasticy pad up against your delicate area until I saw Kiki & Greens advertising and thought god yes it is horrible! Now i’ll never use single use pads again. I have used these for 9 months and they haven't lost any quality, which is really high i must say. I use these alongside period pants too. Bit of extra washing but myself and my partner both exercise a lot so we’re always washing- i rinse them first then put in a dark wash. It would be good if kiki and green made a pad suitable for cycling bibshorts - so no clips to hold into a pair of pants, just a flat pad. Many thanks k&g i am so happy.

    lovely for my teen

    I brought these for my teen after seeing such great reviews, and they did not disappoint. She did start with disposables and of course wasn't having the best experience so I thought why not try these.
    She says they are so comfy she forgets she has them on, no weird smells. She just rinses them out once she's home. (Come with cute little travel bag for changing away from home if she needs to). No leaks so far, so she seems to be a lot more confident with them :)

    They even come with really cute stickers and booklet & bookmark - which is written in a really empowering way.

    Worth it, i was unsure as i always manage to leak while using disposable pads even the ultra ones, and these i can literally be all day at work and not have to worry about leaks. i was unsure about the whole washing and reusing them but now ive tried them its easy and so simple im never going back to disposable

    Amazing!

    I was quite sceptical to change to eco-friendly just because I have such heavy periods, last week was my first period since buying these and they are genuinely a game changer for me!
    I didn’t even feel like I was wearing anything and even in my first 2/3 days that usually feel like I’m leaking and have to change pads every 2 mins with disposable, these were incredible, one pad lasted me my whole work shift and I didn’t feel at any point like I was leaking thanks to how much these absorb!
    You do have to wear secure underwear with them, as they recommend, as you don’t have the stickiness to secure them like a disposable, but my god there is no other con to them.
    They are lovely material, no odour, no irritation thanks to no perfume and feel so soft against the skin!
    Such good value for money and will save me loads, easy to wash and care for with the brilliant instructions that come with them, and the customer service when my parcel was delayed was brilliant!
    Will be recommending to everyone!
