Important: Period swimwear needs a snug fit for the absorbent gusset to work effectively. The gusset should sit close to your body for leak-proof protection.

How to Measure Yourself

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button).

Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Pro tip: Use a soft measuring tape and don't pull it too tight. Measure over underwear only for accuracy. Stand naturally—don't suck in!

Why Fit Matters for Period Swimwear

Unlike regular swimwear, period swimwear needs to fit snugly—especially around the gusset area. The absorbent layers must sit close to your body to work effectively and prevent leaks.

If You're Between Sizes:

We recommend choosing your usual UK dress size for the most secure, leak-proof fit.

✅ Our fabric has 35% Spandex, so it stretches comfortably while staying secure

✅ Adjustable straps on one-pieces let you customize the fit

⚠️ Avoid sizing up unless absolutely necessary. Too loose = potential gaping = compromised protection.

Ages 13-15: Usually XXS, XS, or S (UK 4-10)

Ages 15-17: Usually XS, S, M, or L (UK 6-14)
