This style is designed for light to moderate flow. For heavy flow days, we recommend pairing it with a tampon or menstrual cup, or choosing our Moderate Flow option for maximum absorption.

Yes! You can wear it with tampons, menstrual cups, or discs for extra protection or on heavier days. Many customers love the added security of dual protection.

Rinse in cold water after wearing, then machine wash cold with similar colours. Line dry only - no tumble dryer or iron needed. Avoid fabric softeners as they can reduce absorbency.

Our period swimwear is chlorine-resistant and designed for regular pool use. Just rinse well after swimming and follow care instructions.
