    Each pack of HeatSoothie™️ contains 3 heat patches. Unwrap, stick onto your clothing (pants or high-waisted leggings work great), and treat yourself to 12 hours of comforting heat therapy.

    Our HeatSoothie™️ patches measures approximately 20cm by 9cm, providing maximum relief.

    WEAR AND CARE GUIDE
    1. Take the heating patch out of the packaging.
    2. Remove the paper from the adhesive backing and adhere the patch to the undergarments in the affected area. Apply on common pain sites like lower abdomen and back. Do not use directly on skin. The patch will heat up within 5 minutes after opening.
    3. Must be used immediately after package is opened.
    4. Once finished with us dispose in waste bin after use.

    How do I wash my pads?

    Taking care of your pads really is easy once you know how. With a KIKI & GREEN pad there is no odour, and no staining. Follow our instructions and your pads will last you years!

    Step 1: Rinse after use in cold water. Do they smell? - well, we are glad you asked! No, they don’t smell. You see, conventional disposable pads DO smell, and that’s because they are full of chemicals and fragrances that, when mixed with period blood, can smell pretty funky. But you see, period blood is naturally odourless. And our pads contain zero chemicals.

    Step 2: Set your pads aside until you have enough pads to pop in the washing machine. Or hand wash as you go.

    Step 3: Toss them into the washing machine, up to 40 degrees and no fabric conditioner. Voilà! They come out looking and feeling as good as new. Hang dry them wherever you like with our handy drying straps.

    Best heat pads ever !

    These heat pads saved me honestly, I was suffering from terrible back pain and these were wayyyy better than the pharmacy heat pads that I’ve been buying. These heat up really well, would absolutely recommend the best heat pads I’ve ever used!

    Taking care of your pads is super easy once you know how.

    Before use
    Prewash all pads on cold wash with detergent. This helps to activate the absorbent fibres.

    After use 
    Rinse pads in cold water, (until water runs clear), or leave them to soak overnight to prevent staining. Throw them in with the rest of your wash and normal detergent - up to 40 degrees, (or hand wash as you go).

    After washing
    Stretch pads back into shape if required, and air dry wherever you like with our handy drying straps provided. Do not apply direct heat as this may cause shrinkage. 

    Pro Tips
    Don't use fabric softener, hot water or bleach as this will affect the absorbent technology. We recommend washing on a longer wash cycle with maximum spin speed of 1000rmp, to ensure you get the most of your pads in the long run. Wear them with well-fitting underwear, to really keep them in place. Especially if you are active! 

    This does depend on how frequently you use your pads. We have tried and tested our pads, a lot! We believe on average having 12-16 pads per cycle. This of course can vary depending on your flow.

    If you use 12 pads in rotation on average they should last about 3-4 years. Follow care instructions carefully and they will keep you going for a while.

    As long as you change pads when required, and wash as we recommend - then there should not be issues odour. In fact the top of our pads is made with an anti-microbial bamboo charcoal layer, which is odour eliminating.

    Disposable pads can smell because they have chemicals in them, and our pads are chemical free! So you be confident with a KIKI & GREEN pad.

    Our pads should not stain. A quick cold water rinse by hand will do the trick. We don’t recommend using hot water as this will set the blood and cause staining!

    Our reusable pads are made using a series of layers which will keep you feeling dry and leak free the whole day.

    Premium bamboo charcoal
    Top wicking layer to keep you dry with antimicrobial bamboo charcoal. Which is also an odour controlling agent to keep you feeling fresh.

    Polyester microfibre
    Inner layers include a highly absorbent microfibre layer, which absorbs all moisture super fast.

    Knitted polyester
    Additionally there is a waterproof layer inside the pad to prevent leaking.

    All materials are manufactured without harmful chemicals or finishes. We use natural fibres wherever possible.

    All our pad materials have been 3rd party tested to ensure they are chemical free.

    Wear them with well-fitting underwear. We even size down our pants or wear high-lycra tight fitting pants, with a wider gusset.

    Wear them with pants like these, and you will forget you are even wearing a pad!

    Our pads are made using very high quality super (we mean SUPER) absorbent inner layers. Our UltraAbsorb Core™ can hold 6 times the amount of a disposable pad - it draws all the fluid in and locks it in place.

    We do recommend changing to suit your needs to reduce the chance of leaks, recommended changing time between 3-5hours - but this really does depend on your individual flow.

    Please avoid fabric softener on your pads, as this can create a build-up in the fabric and reduce absorbency. 

    With every set you will find a handy travel bag. Each bag has 2 compartments - one for storing used pads, one for storing clean pads. Once used, simply clip the used pad closed, and pop it in one of the compartments. The travel bags are super cute, and discreet. 

    Our pads attach the same way that a disposable does. You simply put them into your underwear and attach the popper wings on the underside making for a secure fit and then you’re good to go.
